Model: SG2008P   ER7212PC
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.0.5

Why is it new device like tvs and desktop cannot connect to the switch/controller or eap

Some can connect and some are not .

My ip range is between - 192.168..0.1 but the device that cannot connect is getting - IPv4 address: 169.254.139..154

It will only work if i manually set static ip .

  @Clive_A

It is now working by create a separate VLAN for the wifi/wlan .

The default VLAN is causing the issue.

Hi @AnyaSkywalker

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Check your SSID encryption. Do not use WPA3 as certain devices have trouble connecting by WPA3.

What's this device? The type of it.

Does it work on other ports where you test with a computer that can work fine?
