OC200 Cloud Acces disconnected due heartbeat packet loss
Hello,
Sometimes after a few days sometimes the OC200 give the above error.

Some devices lost their connection
How can i solve this and what is this error ?

i understand
but I got no message that omada oc200 is offline
ive check with eth 2 and put my laptop connected and I've a working internet connection
for now I have turned off cloud acces
so I look if that helps

Hi,
Very interesting. Comparing with Mario's screenshots I seem to have the exact same glitches on my OC200 at the exact same time minute and second as Mario.
Depending on how we have configured DST, it might actually be the exact same hour also.
Wouldn't that indicate a server side issue, not a local issue at our end?
