OC200 Cloud Acces disconnected due heartbeat packet loss
Hello,
Sometimes after a few days sometimes the OC200 give the above error.

Some devices lost their connection
How can i solve this and what is this error ?

Experiencing the same issue as everyone in this thread.
I have 2 OC200 and both are having the same symptoms. I tried upgrading to 5.12.9 but it's still happening.
Contacted ISP, checked my hardware, bandwidth and everything is fine.
Please update with the response from the Support team.
