Hi,

i have an ER707-M2 and use only the first WAN port for WAN.   The other ports are configured as LAN Ports.    But i only get anout 300 Mbit insetad of 1000 Mbit when doing speed test ...   HArdware Offload is on ... Using it with an OC300 and controller 5.9.

 

Any idea ?  No Qos and so on turned on

It is really getting bad with TP Link.    When using the ER707 in Standalone Mode i can tur on Flow Control .... And then i get full speed ....   But Flow Control isnt in Omada already  ...   I think i will switch to another manufacturer... That is too silly what tp link does.

I have only 500/500 but have full speed. Use 2.5gb wan port. Dynamic ip so its strange that you only have 300 Mbps. 

Controller 5.12. 

Firware is 1.1.0

 

EIDIT:

Flow controll is not supported for ER707-M2 in controller 5.12 only ER605v2.

so we have to wait for a firmware update for ER707-M2

Thank you for your information. That shows me again how ... TP LINK Omada is... Thank you. Inreally hoped it would be better with 5.11 and 5.12 but now i know it won't

May I know which port you have tried to enable the Flow Control?

Could you tell us who is your Internet Service Provider?

Could you share a screenshot of the speed test result? Did you use the Iperf to test the speed?

I can enable flow control on the ER707 only in standalone mode .  With Omada COntroller 5.9.2 (OC300) there is no option to enable flow control in the omada controller or device settings.

I packed the ER707 and the OC300 too and will send everything back. No desire to annoy me further about the missing functions and the constant callbacks of firmware updates.
