Hello @KimcheeGUN,
Thank you for your valuable feedback! I apologize for the error in the release note on this thread and it has been corrected now.
Unfortunately, the hardware controller cannot support MSP due to hardware limitations. Currently, only the software controller can support MSP.

I have the soft controller, and the most current version. I do not see MSP stuff in mine. There is something called HOTSPOT, is that it? It seems to only show every so often. One day its there, the next its not. Same with the IPS sheild button. Sometimes it is there, most the its not there .
It may be related to how its accessed. Example, If I select a site, move around in site, then return to global view, they show. But If I click on settings, move around, then back to global, they gone. As if the page with those settings can only be accessed via one path, the other links / paths show an interface missing those options.

@oscar321 I have had a similar experience with this and observed the behavior of new upgraded firmware with OC200.
I have a work around, those who are affected who reported
1. Replace their voucher with the available earlier generated, or create a new one.
2. Issue seems not all voucher user who a currently activated or with valid voucher during the systems got a problem; some of them works well.
3. Only weird thing here it shows most of those not affected users saw their device on LAN instead on SSID, where they associate or activate the connection voucher.
4. I have a similar post related to my experience observation; might some be diff from other voucher operators?

Hello @DaKings,
To use this MSP mode, enable it first in Global view > ⋮ icon in the top-right corner > Enable MSP mode, you can also disable it from the same location.
