In the meantime, would you please provide the following information?
1. What's your WAN connection type? Are you using an ADSL modem? If not, please specify it.
2. Is your topology as simple as Modem---Router---Controller+Devices?
3. What is your Controller version? Please specify its full version. If you are using the beta, please let me know.
What is your ER605 firmware version before your upgrade? (From what version did you upgrade to official V2.2.0?)
Thanks for your cooperation!

Hi @Clive_A,
- My (Hardware-)Controller is Version 2.9.3 Build 20230328 Rel.52390
- I Upgraded the ER605 V2 from Version 2.1.2 Build 20230210 Rel.62992 to the V2.2.0
- The topology is: (Cable-)Modem -> ER-605 -> TL-SG2008P v3.0 (3.0.5) -> OC-200 v2.0 (2.9.3)
- Instead of an ADSL-Modem i am using DOCSIS-Modem in Bridge-Mode
- the ER-605 is configured to use the WAN-Port with the "Dynamic IP" (IPv4) and "Dynamic IP (SLAAC/DHCPv6)" (IPv6) Connection Types.
