Hi ALL,
I'd like to summarize the issues reported in this thread. The main issue reported by @Eisen is EAP610-Outdoor doesn't broadcast SSID.
Please try to forget or hardware reset the EAP610-Outdoor in question, and re-adopt it on your Omada Controller for checking.
If it doesn't help, please feel free to submit a ticket to TP-Link Technical Support team for further assistance.
The second issue reported by @Eisen is related to the EAP610-Outdoor and EAP225-Outdoor group mesh topology, encountering disconnection problems with clients. I will make sure to provide an update in the original post. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!
The third issue reported by @Andy85 is related to the disconnection issue after the firmware upgrades of EAP610-Outdoor, I will update it in your post here.

Is it possible during the upgrade / reboot their devices connected to the AP that is showing disconnected? Is the Client list of the EAP610 OD showing anyone is connected?

@Eisen I had the same problem with Netatmo Presence Camera connected to EAP610OD today. Restarting camera (not EAP) resolved my issue.

you are surely right, I was able to downgrade to 1.1.3 without problems again so everything works now. but I started to get a little nervous here for a while.

Hopefully I do not jinx myself but mine has been upgraded for 8 hours now. It is the ROOT EAP with 3 EAP225 OD Mesh. No complaints as of yet from the clients and I have gone out and tested each one on the hour. I know two people having issues is not that great of percentage, but I would use the CHAT support and at least let them know or TAG someone from TP-link.
I got a bad firmware on my TP-link router a few weeks ago. Was the first to post and it turned out to be affecting a significant number of people. TP-Link responded quite fast and got a fix out however I had already replaced the router because I cannot have down time.

i did some more tests here, upgraded two EAP610-Outdoor again to 1.2.0. all devices connected except my pc, went back and forth a bit Upgraded WiFi driver to no avail, I have an AX200 network card. In the end I deleted the PC from known devices, when I did that it connected to WiFi. I don't know why, but this PC had also reserved an IP, I deleted that reservation too, after the PC logged on I added the reservation again, I don't know what happened :-) but it work now.

@Fae might want to look into this to potentially get a jump on a fix.. if one is even needed.

There have been a number of recent threads where 610-225 outdoor meshes haven't worked well with the 610 as wired node. Suggest you reverse them, use 225 as wired and put the 610 on the far end until the issue gets sorted.
