Printer not reachable/no ping/no traceroute

Maybe someone could help me?
I have the following Omada Network up and running
ER-7206
SG-2210P
5xEAP653
1xOC300
After a couple of days i cannot reach my Epson printers which are connected via 2,4GHZ WLAN. The printers appear in my "Devices" section on my OC300 as active with their associated and fixed internal IP.
But i can´t ping, traceroute etc. the devices. Also printing jobs doesnt work.
Rebooting the printer doesnt help, also rebooting my network doesnt help.
BUT if i putt off the power from all my devices, wait some minutes, and reboot the whole Omada Network - the printers are up and running.
Does any face the same issues?? Any hints/tips for me?

Hope this are the informations you need. I dont have set any VLAN´s or mDNS Services. The only thing i have made is to give the printers fixed IP Adresses.
My network overview - all firmwares should be up-to-date.
Here you can see both printers with assigned internal IP-Adresses - 192.168.0.97 and 192.168.0.98
Today, it occurs again. Print jobs via Windows 11 Desktop PC werde declined - no Webinterface, no Ping possible. After Rebooting the same. After switching off the whole network and rebooting - printer are online and printing jobs came out.
