Omada managed TL-SG3452P contines to show "Adopting" after change from dynamic to static IP address
I adopted the new TL-SG3452P switch with the OC200 controller. Everything was great, except the switch had a dhcp IP address of 192.168.112.101. I attempted to change the switch's IP from dhcp to a static IP address of 192.168.112.2 from my IPhone Omada app v4.7.18 and the status in the Omada controller v.5.9.32 build 2.9.3 continues to report "Adopting" and I have no insight to the wired portion of the network.

I attempted to connect to the serial port usine Windows Hyper Termminal to reset the switch to default, but the instructions say to use hyper terminal (Win 7) to connect to the serial port of the swithc. We only have Win 10 and WIn 11. I attempted to use Putty with no success.
Question:
1. can you reset the switch to be manually config'ed without Hyper Terminal?
2. Can you force the re-adoption of the switch to Omada managment?
