Hi team,

 

I just upgraded one of the firmware versions to the latest version as soon as the update finished the controller went offline and am unable to connect anymore.

My other devices running old versions are working fine. 

 

Can someone please help?

  @Jospher it will take quite a long time to boot up again, about 20-30 mins I think? How long have you waited since it finished the upgrade?

Hi, have you checked if the local OC200 is running fine?

You will see if the cloud light is normally on. Test if a reboot can take it back.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
