AI WLAN Optimization fails after 20m11s without feedback information
When running AI WLAN optimization, it takes a while to scan all channels. I leave the browser window open.
After 20 minutes I see the process has ended, with no notification. The "Last 10 Scan Results" are shows "No Data" and in the tab "Optimization Log" a failure is printed.
I repeated the test on another day and both times it fails at 20m11s, listing Scan Result "Failed" and no feedback.
What should I expect here?

Hello @MvdB,
Please upgrade the EAP245 V3 firmware version to the latest one EAP245(EU)_V3_5.1.0 Build 20230104.
Please also confirm the controller is also the latest firmware version V5.9.
You may upgrade them and test them again

My OC200 v1 is still running on firmware 5.7.6 and waiting for 5.9 to be released.
No updates can be found for the router, switch and EAPs (because I'm still at 5.7, I assume?)
Any way to move on or should I wait for 5.9 to become available? No interest in running beta firmware.

thanks, I can see that update online. The OC200 doesn't detect it yet. Will update this weekend and retry WLAN training.

I downloaded the update for my OC200 V1 from https://static.tp-link.com/upload/firmware/2023/202304/20230413/OC200(UN)_v1_1.24.0_20230328.zip through the page you linked to.
Tried several times - every time I get a error message "Invalid firmware file" after about 1 minute.
Downloading goes fine, no difference whether I store the file on a local folder or on a network folder. No difference using Chrome or Firefox.

Hi, my OC200 has no similar issue, it is easy to upgrade to v5.9.32.
Did you upgrade the firmware on the local controller? Is the controller running normally and has the internet?

yes the controller is accessible through local address and in the app both through the cloud or locally. I can manage all network settings through local connection with no problems but the only issue is that I cannot update the firmware. Is there a minimum storage free requirement? My OC200 has 1.9G free space.
