Ok, it's a little confusing what you wrote...diagram would help.  It's confusing if R1 and R2 are both considered WAN connection, or not (they should be).

 

It sounds like R2 is Starlink, which is CGNAT, which means you can connect outbound from your LAN(s) to the internet, but there is no hope for port forwarding from the internet back to the LAN side.

LAN port 1 is connected to the ER605's WAN/LAN1 port

 

 

 

 

It is not CGNAT. This is Router 2.

 

In the image below, my PC is connected on port 2, if I ping 192.168.0.1 it fails, so I want to create a static route to access network 192.168.0.1

 

Yes, it works normally, even when I'm on my cell phone. which is on the 192.168.10.x network, all equipment goes through the Internet from ZTE. the 192.168.0.1 network is only for the PC. I put it on port 2 of ZTE to test. Thank you very much.

They may be able to guide you through the process or provide you with the necessary steps to configure your network properly.
