I have a couple of EAP615 connected to my network. Any devices that are connected thru the ethernet socket on them have incredibly slow download speed.

 

I am using both a Windows 10 and Window 11 laptop as tests and both have the same issues. When directly into the SG2210P switch the download speed is great. 

 

Anyone else had this issue?

When the PC connect to EAP's WiFi, is the link speed on the PC normal？

You may also check the link speed of EAP on their web interface, or on the controller Detailed page if you use a controller to manage them.

 

It is advisable to do a Iperf test, please refer to this article.

What speeds are you getting?

 

Can you give us more details?

 

You can download TamoSoft Speed Test App.  Install it on a PC somewhere on your network and then install the agent on the laptop.  Then run the speed test.  That will give you an accurate internal speed test number.

Also, with those laptops... goto the wifi card vendor site and make sure you have the latest firmware version.

Im seeing the same thing. Connecting from my iphone14 with iperf I’m getting less than 400 MBit, usually closer to. 200, and I’m 2’ from the AP. Connecting to the wired port on the EAP directly the speeds are fine.
