Hi!

I am setting up ER7206 Gigabit router in standalone mode for a while to be use in our company. I setup 4 VLANs and enabled each dhcp server. I setup web authentication using external radius server with the built in captive portal. It works fine, the users were authenticated correctly until I noticed that after 30mins more or less, the authenticated clients disconnects itself and again asking ro login the credentials in the captive portal.

I verified that the idle time out setting is set to 0..

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Clients are hardwired or wireless?

  Hi, @KimcheeGUN

They are wireless clients.

Update: I dont know if thisnisnrelated bu, I changed the Web Authentication idle time to 1440, the wireless clients can't seem to auccessfully log in the captive portal. I reverted it back to 0, the clients can log without a problem but the issue on idle time still exist.

Have you tried to add the APs static IP into the radius server as clients?
