The live preview on PC from Vigi Security Manager software is delayed by over a minute and a half.

I can see the cameras not delayed on a monitor connected to the NVR.  I'm on gigabit network and the horrible security manager software are set to the LQ preview so is only showing the low res substream but it is still terribly delayed.

 

The awful terrible TP-Link phone support keeps threatening to disconnect me after 2 minutes unless I press 1, I've been on hold for 45 minutes now.  No one is answering at the live chat.  Does anyone actually work for TP-Link?

Your attempts to contact TP-customer Link's support have apparently been unsuccessful. To contact them, look for links to email or social media profiles on their site. If that doesn't work, you might try looking into other alternatives, such as external support services, which may be able to respond more quickly to your needs.
