ER605 v2 Firmware update 2.1.0 causes adopting loop
In Omada (Software Controller on my NAS) I did get an notification of an firmware update (2.1.0 Build 20221230 Rel.55248). After installing the firmware the controller says "adopting", "configuring" and "connected" in a loop about every 2 minutes. The list of clients is empty. Information about the ports is empty. It looks like Omada don't get connected to the router. Reboot both won't help. It is very dissapointing. My smartphone gets now a message from the Omada-app every 2 minutes...
How can I fix this? Or is the new firmware buggy?
I'm using Omada 5.7.4.

Sorry to anyone having this issue. I hope they get it squared away. No issues on 5.7.4 docker software controller and ER605 v2.0 firmware 2.1.0 .

I added this link to see if it would be helpful to anyone with the bad update adoption issue, Hopefully this can help get the router adopted.

I'm glad I read these posts before upgrading my production environment. I guess we're all beta testers.
I'm running the beta 2.0.2_20220727 Rel51535 that reports all the ports as steath instead of closed.
Has anyone tested this new release with shields up?

Same issue, adopting- provisioning- configuring loop. The network functioning properly (DHCP by ER605). Omada Controller (NAS app) keeps sending me notifications on my mobile device about connected device every 5 minutes. TP- Link should give us a fix ASAP.

Same issue :( any hints on where to get the previous firmware please?
Am scanning the pinned firmware post but not immediately seeing 2.0.1 as rgentleman above said they've gone back to (looks like it's all 1.x) and is there anything else I need to consider before choosing which firmware to go for as I know there are 2 versions of this router and it gets frustrating trying to work out what it is actually called/referred to - ER605 TL-R605 V1 V2 etc.and really don't want to mess up a firmware roll back!

@Xammo The firmware can you download from here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/er605/. You can select the hardware version and the previous firmware

Doh of course! The actual product page... now I feel dumb... I've been keeping half an eye on these forums last few months since installing the whole Omada setup and the firmware going ons/beta firmware/issues/warnings not to upgrade using beta/problems etc. that I thought it would all be getting handled within the forums - ok great thank you and fingers crossed I get the right firmware then eh ;)
Cheers
