Hi,

 

I just got SG-108E this afternoon (from Amazon, TP-link store) and the first thing I did is to upgrade firmware.

 

The switch comes with firmware 20211209 Rel.52369, and I went to tp-link website (canada) and downloaded the firmware. I didn't pay attention to the number, I thought it's 2022, but actually it's 2020. So I successfully downgraded my switch from 2021 to 2020 :(  from this link: Download for TL-SG108E | TP-Link Canada

 

I saw someone has 2022 firmware in another thread, does anyone know how to get the latest firmware?

  @Somnus The link has same version I downloaded, which is 2020xxxx. I'm looking for at least 2021xxx (which is the factory installed version). 

 

Seems to-link didn't put the latest version on their website.

Latest firmware for your device is TL-SG108E(UN)_V6.6_1.0.0 Build 20220930, September 2022. It's up on the firmware link that Somnus provided.

Make sure you are on the tp-link US website. Sometimes the web browser will guide you to your region website, but we can force to US website manually by editing the URL
