Hi, I have a Unifi AP on a Jetstream T1600G switch. I need to use the web GUI to configure some VLAN settings but I can't reach it via Chrome at 192.168.0.1, even after I manually set my macbook to have an IP address of 192.168.0.100. Is there something else I'm missing pls? Is it supposed to work via wifi or do I need to plug my laptop directly into one of the ports on the switch?

1. Make sure your macbook has correct subnet mask 255.255.255.0;

2. Make sure the switch is not connected to a router or any DHCP server, then try reset the switch.

In addition to the previous post, if you don't want to reset, you need to ensure that the switch IP address has not changed.

You can also do a ping to determine if it's a GUI problem or the connectivity.
