Here is my setup

Router (ER605 v2.0) -> TL-SG3210 v3.0 > EAP 650

Vlan(s) = 5 (Local,Home,IoT,Guest,servers)

Here is scenraio ( there is no explict ACL blocking the connections )

I connect via Home Wlan and tried to connect (Servers VLAN) raspberry pi4 running Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS 64bit OS over SSH or ping but both fails but at the same time if i tried to connect to another pi(s) in same VLAN (Servers) i could ping and ssh to it

and I can ssh/ping the pi4 if i am in same VLAN

Anyone know why this could be ?
