I want to connect remotely with Security Manager, but the 554 port (RTSP) is not available due to my organization's policy.

When I try to connect, the connection times out.


Can RTSP over HTTP be used with the VIGI series?
If possible, could you tell me how to set it up?

No.

However I think you may consider use VPN to connect your organization network, then access the camera through local IP/port.
