I have a CPE 710 when I connect it to power all the lights, power, wifi, and link, stay blue. No blinking. I've tried the reset button and nothing happens. Is there a troubleshooting guide out there that gives some sort of indication of what the status lights mean.

@Zeimin Generally all lit means all connections are established and working. Did you press the button briefly or hold? You need to keep button depressed for about 10 seconds.
If you reset the CPE but still all LED green, it could be a hardware issue.
