DHCP Option 160 - provides the VoIP device with URL of provisioning server

Enable setting DHCP Option 160 from the Omada controller. This is a string value, providing the VoIP device with the URL of its provisioning server.
For example, by default Polycom VoIP phones are set to use DHCP option 160.
