Implemented ER7212PC can't assign profiles to switch ports.
Hi,
I have decided to modernize my network with an ER7212PC, 2 additional switches and 2 APs. I already know Unifi, so due to the similarity I thought it shouldn't be a big problem, but already fail at simply assigning a VLAN to the switch port of the ER7212PC.
I already updated the firmware to ER7212PC(UN)_V1_1.0.1 Build 20221106 and did a factory reset.
The switches are still at the post office, so I can currently only test with the ER7212PC.
Under "Devices" I can't find a "Ports" tab on the ER7212PC to assign defined profiles to the individual ports.
So I thought that the profile is set automatically when defining the network via the check mark at the respective interface. I selected the correct ports in the new network "Test"..
..and tried to deselect the ports in the default "LAN" network, but got an error.
Maybe someone can put me on the right track to solve this problem.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion that may have arisen from the product feature description on our website. From my view, the ER7212PC is a Router, as clearly stated in the product category. The mention of a "PoE switch" might be intended to convey that it supports Power over Ethernet and offers more additional LAN ports for expanding your network. To avoid further misunderstanding or confusion, I've forwarded your feedback to the relevant department for unified modification and correction.

Hi @Fae,
Very happy to hear that you will pass along the message that people are getting confused by the changing capabilities of the products. One might even fear that some could feel cheated by false advertising.
But enough of that. Thank you for sharing about the Gateway ACL, only I do not have the LAN->LAN direction. Can you advice on what I might be missing?
Thank you!

I just realized that the current ER7212PC doesn't support Gateway ACL in LAN->LAN direction until the next firmware upgrade. You may need to wait for a new firmware upgrade. I'll actively update the following post to notify the latest firmware release for Omada Routers, welcome to subscribe!

@Fae Thats what I thought at first also, but I do not have the option Lan-> Lan at the gateway ACL.
Also I do not have the option to choose type network at the right pulldown.
So how should I do this?
