Model: EAP245
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.0.4 Build 20211021 Rel. 57494

Hello ! I have several EAP 245 and a Omada Controller 4.4.6 on Raspberry pi 4. I was going to set up a portal, but a nice picture. But then, I keep getting an error message, that the picture has to be smaller than 2MB. But I reduced and reduced and it's about 600KB now, I still get the same message. I would appreciate if someone could please tell me what is causing this.

p.s. the error message shows up when I click "Apply". When I click "Choose" and choose the pic, it says "upload succeeded".

  @doremifajb

Try upgrading the firmware version of controller to V5 to test.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

  @Virgo Thank you for your reply ! Now I tried with another pic, with about 400KB, to see if it might actually work...  it did !! So I reduced my original pic further down to 550KB, then, interestingly, it did work ! I don't understand why 660 is not OK and 550 is OK, perhaps there is some problem with size-detection ? In any case, it does what I want to, so I'm not going to upgrade the controller..... Thanks anyway !!
