High packet lost on 5GHz
I'm seeing very high packet loss on both my eap225s on 5GHz, while at the same time both my eap245s have very little loss.
Rx Dropped Packets:
10
Rx Errors:
541804
Tx Packets:

Tx Dropped Packets:

Would increasing the transmit power help? At the moment all my EAPs are set to 16.

I cant find it now, but there was a massively long post about people reporting issue with the latest firmware for the 225. It was mostly regarding traffic and retries
If memory serves the fix was downgrade to the last firmware, Fae was aware and a fixed firmware was being developed..

Maybe the latest firmware version fixes it, either way, upgrading to 5.0.9 is worth a try!

5.0.9 is actually worse, I'm now seeing high packet loss on 2.4GHz as well. Likely the same bug reported in 5.0.6 for the EAP245.

My EAP225 has been working fine and I'm curious if this packet loss issue has been there since you first deployed this EAP225 or if it only occurred after you upgraded the EAP firmware version to 5.0.8?

what firmware are you using?
When checking the stats in Omada going back to May 2022, the 225s have always had packet drops. May is also around the time 5.0.8 was released as well.

I'm using the latest one 5.0.9, so if you downgrade the firmware version back to 5.0.7, will the problem be solved?

Sorry for the late reply.
If you click on this EAP and go to the Details screen, is the channel utilization rate low?
Does this packet loss rate affect actual usage?
