Seems to me the EAP225 Outdoor access could be abused by high wind. Is there a plastic support that could keep the "rabbit ears" alligned even in high wind. To buy a box for the acccess point seems to cost as much as the access point. Any "best practices" avvailable?
You may be able to replace the antenna with a fixed / more sturdy one, these are standard connectors and should be available on amazon / ebay
Thankfully my 225 is hiding in a semi protected area :)
@Philbert My experience has been any other antennas severely affect the range and quality of the signal on the EAP225's. Anyone have any experience with GOOD antennas that provide the same or better gain as the stock ones? I've tried dozens of antennas, always ended back up on the stock ones.
