Does TP-Link have any network analyzer tool?

I found the below link but there is no option to download the tool.

The network is unstable. We have core switch in main IT room and 9 switches in different IDF. If we connect 2 or 2 switches then there is no packet loss or request timeout when we ping but when we connect all the access switches then the issue started.
