I have a TL-SG2210P and the firmware is 20220909, working well.

I saw some threads mentioned a firmware issue for PoE switches, but your switch is not a PoE switch.

I have no issue with device working and also i am not using Omada controller.

Should i donwgrade the version in latest on the product page? ( 1.1.2 ) What do you think ?

Is it possible have an issue or bug in 1.1.4 version, something i did not faced yet?

Well, I also don't know if there any issue on your switch firmware. All I can say is my switch is running well with the newest version, but it's not the same model number as your switch.

I think it is safe to use the new firmware. If there is any issue people should report problem here. You can see people report issue on their PoE switch, and the tplink official Fae responses very quick
