Everything was working fine with my system until I upgraded the OC200.
Now it is showing as offline and the cloud LED does not flash. Hardware reset button does not fix it.
Try connecting to the OC200 via the IP address directly, from that interface check the status of the cloud connection.
What version of controller did you update from and too?
Cloud LED not on means the controller is not connected to the Internet/cloud server.
Try connect the controller to router directly;also check the DNS server of the controller, you can use google DNS 8.8.8.8
