TL-SG3210XHP-M2 1.0 all Ethernet ports down, POE working

Since last restart of my switch all 8 Ethernet ports stay down, POE is working as well 10G SFT is working. Have already restarted, reseted installed lates FW version 1.0.6 Build20211202 Rel.66032 but the ethernet ports stay down. Es well CPU utilization extremly high, any idea what could be the issue?
On console you can see following permanently:
