No way has this tunnel been up for 5 years!!  5-10 days at most!  Another counter rollover issue?

Do you have any idea what you've done/something acts that could be a trigger for this issue?

No, just noticed it on a random check.  I've upgraded from 5.1.7 to 5.3.2 on my OC200.  It's currently showing correctly.

 

I recall that the OC200 logging starts sometime in 2018 before the NTP kicks in and synch's the internal clock.  That would explain the 5yr gap as the network had recently bounced a few times before I checked.
