Problem with balancer E605 outer ERand TV for using several internet providers
Good morning, I am going to explain my problem, I have two fibre internet providers in the same home and I have a TP-Link ER605 v.2 balancer router.
One of the providers I have contracted TV and the TV app I can configure on any Smart TV, Android TV, Tablet, etc, but this TV has restrictions, from outside the home, only allows to connect 1 device at a time, for example, if I watch TV on a Tablet and on the TV in the kitchen, if both devices connect to the provider that I do not have the TV contract, it does not allow me to connect from the second device.
In case it helps in solving the problem, the TV provider is Movistar Spain, how could I solve it, thank you very much for your help, greetings.

If I understand you correctly, according to your description, you want to know how to get the TV server to see devices outside the LAN as devices inside the LAN, right?
You can set an open port entry on the gateway for your TV server so that devices outside the LAN can access this Server inside the LAN.

Thanks for the answer, but it is possible that I did not explain myself correctly, I will try to give an example that is not real, but maybe I can explain myself better, I am sorry I have to use automatic translators into English.
Imagine that I have a Netflix subscription that my internet provider A gives me and I can watch Netflix on 4 devices at the same time, but only 1 of them can be connected outside my house, because the internet provider A knows the ip assigned to my router/modem at home. As I have a router that banlances the internet output between provider A and provider B, it could be the case that on a tablet and on the kitchen TV, I want to watch Netflix at the same time, but different series or films. In the case that the tablet and the kitchen TV, the balancing router assigns both the internet provider B, it would not allow me to watch Netflix on the second device I connect, that is, if I connected first the tablet, and secondly the kitchen TV, on the latter device, I would get an error and it would not allow me to watch Netflix. It is an invented example, really, it does not allow me to watch Movistar TV, which is the main provider of internet and TV in Spain on 2 devices that are outside the ip of the router/modem.
Thank you all very much, best regards.

So the question is, if it is possible to implement so that the data from the devices within your network all go to ISP A, even though you have two ISP connections, then this problem will not occur, is that correct?
Then you can try to use the Link Backup function, the ISP B is only used as the backup WAN connection.
I.e. ISP B will only be enabled when the ISP A network connection is disconnected/down.
But based on your description, when this is in effect, i.e. when ISP B is enabled, you will be connected to the internet via B, and then perhaps you can not use this Netflix subscription that A offers you.

Thank you for your help.
I have 2 lines from different providers and I want to use them in a balanced way for all traffic, except TV traffic, although I indicated as an example, that it was Netflix, it is really the TV of the main internet and pay TV provider in Spain (Movistar).
I suppose that in the business world, a similar problem would not be uncommon. For example, let's say a company has contracted several internet connection data lines, and wishes to have them balanced, which seems logical, and the lines are from more than one provider, so that if one of the providers has a service outage, they can have a line available, even if the speed drops, because it has to be used by more users at the same time, who no longer receive service from the other downed lines. So far it is not a rare case, but let's complicate it, let's say that at the same time of the general need, this imaginary company, has a technical need more, to have to send some types of data only, by only one of its lines, with the risk that if it falls, you can lose the service, let's imagine, that is a certain traffic, for example, a VPN with another head office, or another type of traffic, for example FTP, SMB, or similar, with other collaborating companies or other head offices, but let's remember that there was the technical requirement of only being able to use one of its lines in particular, how to solve this problem technically? , It is similar to mine, although the difference is that it is not a VPN, FTP, SMB, etc. service, but a television service.
Thank you very much to all of you, best regards.

You're welcome!
You can consider to use the policy routing function to achieve that, create a new service type for this TV service, and Source and Destination choose IP Group-any, see this article:

Thank you very much for the answer,
Change to fixed IP, the TVs and TV Box, to apply the policies and that traffic leaves a provider, is a good idea is good, but not quite perfect, because not everything I see there is the Movistar TV, also listen to radio or watch Youtube recipes on the TV in the kitchen, for example, changed all these ip's, would be forcing the output of all traffic, by the wan of Movistar, is not a perfect idea, but a very good idea.
On the other hand if we watch Movistar pay TV on other devices, computer, tablet or mobile, as these devices are for multiple purposes, using the ip to balance the load forcing the output by a single provider, I think it would not be good.
As for applying policies to ports, it would be good idea too, but I don't know which ports they use to watch the tv, it may even change from one device (Android Mobile, Tv Box, LG Tv, iPad, etc).
We have made some progress, let's see if other good ideas like this come up, thank you all very much.
Regards.
