I purchased a TP Link Jet Stream 10 Port Gigabit Smart Switch, I have Using for POE WIFI Accesses Points, BUT POE Status are Not Blink and POE Power output not comming

First, you need to note that this switch supports standard POE power, and you need to make sure your AP is also 802.3af/at compliant.
Also pay attention to the total POE consumption of the switch, so that the power of the devices being powered behind it does not exceed this value.
