@d0ugmac1 The first thing I have done was to replug all cables in the office on the router, switch, and wall jack.  I will wait and see if anything happens as I have read that sometimes if the cables are not plugged in properly, they can work, but cause problems. I'll see what happens, and work my way to what you have suggested.
