I bought from Amazon a tp-link Omada AC 1200 outdoor

My configuration is different from the one in the installation guide.

In the attachment you can see the setup

I’m at a camping site. I’m inside my RV. As it is made of metal it acts as a Faraday cage, so the signal is very weak. I want to put the tp-link Omada outside the RV. Connected via an Ethernet cable to the inside of the van, where is the Poe injector and the router (or computer)

Is one of these 2 configurations possible ?

No it won't work. It looks like you want to use tplink as a wireless Client. However EAP225-Outdoor does not have such a function.

You may consider CPE like this

If you still want to use EAP225-Outdoor, you will need to but two of them, and build a Mesh network. The 1st EAP should be connected to main router via Ethernet cable. Here is an example

The Mesh AP can work like a Client and provide Ethernet connection into the RV
