TP-LINK SUPPORT EMAIL GET STUCK IN SPAMFILTERING
I requested technical support for my country at support.nl@tp-link.com
their answers should arrive within 24 hours , max 48 hours
Didn't got answer within 7days
Send another email
No answer
Finally had to phone into Nederlands and give a gmail address
There , while at phone found the reply in google spam !!!
Same reason blocked as in my spamfilter spamtitan settings

Learned that tp-link settings to send email from freshdesk are WRONG and not complete
FRESHDESK ISN!T included as permitted mailservers
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
I learned that TP-LINK HQ China don't care about this as the issue has been reported many times, including own service people
So to anybody concerned at TP-LINK HQ arrange this as its bad image and more bad support to new/existing customers
