Whenever I attempt to start the controller on Windows 10, I get this error.

The mongodb log says unhandled exception in KERNELBASE

 

I uninstalled and reinstalled the controller to no avail

 

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

It worked on a new PC so I went back, uninstalled the software, manually deleted any related files I could find and reinstalled it. Now it works!

Make sure all data is cleared when you uninstall the software. Or you can change a different laptop to have a try.
