I am planning to buy SG3210XHP-M2 which has 2 10G SFP+.

So i want to make use of the other 8 RJ45 Ports.

Can i connect 1.25G SFP-T, 1000BASE-T Copper SFP, SFP to RJ45 (which is an RJ45 to SFP adapter to the switch 10G SFP+

No, that can't work with the TP-Link switch.

But you may consider TL-SM5220-1M or TL-SM5220-3M.
