dear all, I am an Apple computer specialist.

I have an access point point TL-WA7210N V2 : firmware 3.19.0 Build 140730 Rel.58003n. NOT A TL-WA701ND as mentioned because the TL-WA7210N is not in the list

On various iPhones/iPads with iOS v14 and iOS 15 latest releases, youtube app and some other apps are not working (latest apps version installed) and Safari (or Firefox) can't even access youtube website. WPA2-personal with AES is setup. ALL WORKS FINE with iOS 9 and iOS 10 and any computer.

I tried various DNS servers etc etc... still the same problem.

What could you recommend ? Thank you

PS I have sent the problem to the support of TP-Link but the answer is to repair the device !!!

Just to confirm the problem, you mean that the client（IOS14/15 ipad） connected to this AP can access the internet normally, but some specific applications like YouTube are not available, right?
Or are all clients connected to this AP unable to connect to the internet?
If it is not connected to the Internet, suggest you check whether the client is getting the IP address properly, ping the IP address of the AP, ping the IP address of the front-end gateway to check which segment has the problem.

Of course, if the client connects directly to the front-end to make sure the network is OK, you can try to reset and reconfigure the AP.

Yes, I do confirm that ALL users can browse/access internet but VERY slowly, CANNOT get their mails, CANNOT access youtube etc.. on iOS 14.x and iOS 15.x (latest versions). Telegram and whatsapp are working amazingly.

I tried also by disabling the Wifi private address and with some different DNS servers with no success.

There are absolutely NO issues when users are connected using a computer like a Mac etc...
