Model: SG2210MP
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2

Omada Software 4.4.8 Ver (Linux Ver)

I recently added a VLAN to the switch and am experiencing errors.
Repeat error of ADOPTING / ADOPTING FAILED / DISCONNECT

Even after resetting the settings of the switch several times, the situation is the same.

It seems to happen almost 100% when modifications are made in certain parts, such as the VLAN interface of the switch,

and the same happens to the EAP225-Outdoor at the bottom.

Is this a reported issue?
As expected, it appears to be an Omada controller problem.

I want to downgrade or upgrade, but the downgrade is not possible and the upgrade is not possible because there is no latest version.

We ask for a way to solve it quickly.

(I used Google Translate. Thank you for your understanding)

To better assist you, I would like to confirm whether you configured the management VLAN.
What is the exact network topology of all your devices?
Can you ping through the IP addresses of the switch and EAP when this issue happens?

Certainly, if you don't mind, you may tell me more details about your VLAN settings and what is the IP address of your devices?

Thanks for your cooperation and patience!

@Hank21

The configuration is as follows.

ISP - Router(ER7206) - Swtich(SG2210MP) - AP(EAP225)

LAN

Local / 192.168.10.0/24 / VLAN 1

Service / 10.10.1.0/24 / VLAN 10

MGMT / 10.1.1.1/24 / VLAN 100

Devices are using a separate management VLAN called MGMT.

It is used separately and does not restrict access to MGMT from other VLANs.

All ping tests between routers and other devices failed.

Currently, it was solved by setting it back to the Windows version of Omada Software Controller V5 version.

It seems possible that my wrong management VLAN settings are causing the problem.
