Omada local user and operator does not working
We have successfully put an omada controller OC300 into operation. Setting up a portal was done quickly.
Now we wanted to set up operators and local users. That was also done quickly.
Unfortunately, nobody can log into the portal via the local user accounts even though the portal has been configured for vouchers and local users.
It is also not possible to log in via the operator account to manage the portals.
Can someone help here? Thanks a lot.

To better help you, please tell me whether the portal is working properly without WiFi enabled?
Are your clients getting an IP after connecting to the portal's WiFi?
Does the portal page redirect you to the local user account?
Are there any errors reported?
If you don't mind, you may tell me what is the network topology of your all devices.
Thanks for your cooperation and patience!

@Hank21 I have the same issue, as stated in the user guide, it stated the URL to login to the URL is https://<controller IP>/hotspot/login, but it doesn't work.
For hardware controller
Visit the URL https://Omada Controller Host’s IP Address:443/hotspot/login (for example: https://192.168.0.174:443/hotspot/login), and use the operator account to enter the hotspot manager system.
Details of device:
Controller Version: 5.0.30
Model: OC200 1.0
Firmware Version: 1.14.3 Build 20220112 Rel.64116

This is likely to be the case that the Omada Controller V5 has added a unique controller ID. The User Guide that you have referred to was the old one for V4.
The Requirements of Establishing an External Portal Server (above Omada SDN Controller 5.0.15)

@Hank21 This is not related to External Portal server.
Anyway, I've managed to find the Hotspot login URL, it is https://{controllerip}/{controllerid}/login#hotspot
