EAP620 HD : Not broadcasting SSID
Hi Everyone,
The device suddenly not broadcasting the Wi-Fi or SSID hours later, after connecting to Omada Software Controller.
Already did the factory reset however the SSIDs still no avail.
Is anyone encountered the same problem?

In my experience, you have to create a new SSID in the wireless settings after managing with the controller, and the controller will send the configuration to the EAP.
Have you created a new SSID on the controller?
What about the light status on the EAP?
If you use the EAP in standalone mode, can you see the EAP's WIFI?

-Apologies for the lack of details. Yes, I've already created an SSID in wireless networks. The SSID was happily broadcasting to the 3 EAP660 HD and 1 EAP620 HD then hours later, the WiFi signal from EAP620 HD was gone.
What about the light status on the EAP?
-It's active
If you use the EAP in standalone mode, can you see the EAP's WIFI?
-Still no. Even after Resetting to Factory Defaults still, the WIFI was not broadcast.

I just want to confirm that have you seen a change of the lights on the EAP when you reset?
And actually you may try to login the EAP's web interface to check whether the SSID Radio is broadcast/enabled. (PC---EAP with the cable directly.)

Apologies for the late reply, it was blinking after a factory reset.
I can access the web interface on standalone and check the basic settings and It's good.
UPDATE :
I returned the unit to the store and they replaced it. Now it's good. It seems the unit is defective.
