Omada Controller V4 supports 8 MAC groups in total and each MAC group can add up to 500 MAC addresses.

If you encounter some problems with the Omada devices, please kindly elaborate on the problem so that we can try to help you here.

By the way, there is no Controller v4.2.3, please confirm your Controller version, and provide the model & firmware of your EAP devices.

@Fae

Thanks for the reply.

Controller: 4.2.11 version

AP´s: EAP 245 v3.0 (all the same version)

This client is block but its allow in the list (black list). For the test realized y suppose there is a limit of mac address.

I put in the list 70 mac address.

If i put the mac in the middle of the list, the device can connect.

Bet regards, Sorry for my english.

For your case, it's suggested to upgrade the controller to v4.4.6 for checking.

The current latest firmware version of EAP245 v3 is 5.0.4, if it's not up to date, you may also update the AP.

If the issue still exists after the update, I'd like to escalate your case to the TP-Link support team for further investigation.

Please feel free to reply here if you need any further assistance.
