Random wifi issues high Error
Having what seems to be high error/drops noticing random wifi drops. I have rebooted, using a 20mhz band, my area is rural so not alot of wifi traffic. Tried various Power etc.
Any suggestions? I have about 36 endpoints on this AP. (mostly IOT stuff)

I was having some Wifi stability issues and replaced the cable to the HD620 and for now seems more stable. (Monitoring it :) )
I have a feeling that what i was seeing is more a display bug as this morning its showing more than 100% dropped.
My device is EAP620 HD(Canada) v2.0[Custom] Firmware version 1.0.0 with Omada Software controller 4.4.6
Sorry for my delayed update. So it has been confirmed to be that the statistics of Error/Dropped packets are incorrect, it won't affect the actual Wi-Fi performance, please do not worry about it too much. The issue will be fixed in the firmware that is compatible with controller v5.1.

Side note shut down my 2.4GHz on the 660 and added a EAP110-Outdoor and moved all my devices to this one. and it has no errors. Could I have a bad device?

May I confirm the hardware version and firmware version of your EAP660 HD?
The Tx/Rx Error/Dropped rate seems to be a little high, do you encounter obvious wireless disconnection issues with the EAP660HD?

I also got an EAP 660 HD and this is definietly no display bug, since the Wifi quality is just bad. Videos calls are getting dropped and even Spotify freezes every 45-60 seconds.
Yes it's possible that it's a bug when it displays 107% but in my case it displays 31% and the Wifi quality is very bad.
Unfortunaley I opened another thread about this problem: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/536014?replyId=1051356
I'm a little bit confused since the TO here said, TX errors are gone when he replaced the EAP 660 to a EAO 225. So this would again confirm that this is not about displaying..

Uhh...
Same for me. A lot of dropped frames with EAP660HD v1.
Around 6-9%
EAP225 Outdoor c3 no issues.
Around 0.0 - 0.2%
So big difference.

Hi,
just found out that for the 'new' EAP670 there is a firmware available.
It says: 'Fixed the bug that sometimes the packets drop rate is high'
So maybe there will also be a new firmware for EAP660HD and other concerning this issue.
Hope the 'old' Models will also get those updates....

Thx @Fae for your feedback.
Any update when the issue will be solved? Or is it already solved within beta v5.2.4?
