OC200 v4.4.6 not accessible via cloud on Android
Since upgrading to v4.4.6 on my OC200 I can't access it via the cloud as it shows this error. I am running v3.3.2 of the Android app. Is there an update to the Android app coming?

@kasa_user Can your OC200 actually get the IP correctly? If it can get the IP, can you access it locally via IP ?

@Yannie Yes local access does work but if I am away from I cannot access unless I VPN in.

1. Check if the OC200 is connected to the Internet normally
2. Is the Cloud light on or off ?
3. Can you access the OC200 on the cloud website ?

@Yannie Cloud access works fine from my iPad and it looks like the iOS app was updated on Nov 1, 2021. The Android app hasn't been updated since July 2021 and so there must be an update pending. Anyone know when it's being released?

The Android Omada App v4.0.8 has been released last week. Please check for an update and confirm if it resolves the issue.

I had the same problem yesterday. This will help. Forget OC200 via cloud and add the same again.
