Model: EAP225
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.0.5 Build 20210604 Rel.51118(5553)

I have a EAP225V3 that I recently put into use. However, no matter what setting I choose, the time keeps getting reset. Even after saving, syncing with PC, adding NTP servers and enabling predetermined Daylight savings time, it keeps messing up.

Either goes one hour ahead during non-DST or resets to 1/1/21.

@geeb-noob

Hi, please note if this problem occurs after the EAP restart, because The system time set manually and  system time synchronized with PC’s clock settings wil be lost after the EAP is rebooted.

As for the NTP method, you may make sure that it is reachable by the EAP. Or you can simply find the NTP server on the internet and get its IP address.

If you use an NTP server on the internet, make sure that the gateway address is set correctly on the EAP. Otherwise, the EAP cannot get the system time from the NTP server successfully.

Thanks for the info.
My ISP apparently blocks udp 123 (that ntp uses). Is there any other alternative to make the time stick even after rebooting?
