Australian Daylight Saving adjustment not working on JetStream switches
I set the timezone to +10:00 (Melbourne), with NTP sync. I enabled the daylight saving adjustment for Australia. It is syncing the time to NTP, and it's showing it in the +10:00 time zone, but failing to apply the +1 hour adjustment for Australian daylight saving.
I also have a TL-SG2210MP v1 with firmware 1.0.2 Build 20210806 Rel.55686 with the same problem.
I also just got a TL-SG2218 v1. When I first got it and configured it for timezone and Australian daylight saving, it showed the daylight saving time adjustment correctly. That was firmware 1.0.0 Build 20201104 I think. But then I upgraded it to firmware 1.0.1 Build 20210407 Rel.65593. After the firmware upgrade, it no longer showed the +1 hour adjustment for Australian daylight saving. Same for firmware 1.1.1.

Are your switches all working in Standalone mode?
Is that possible for you to downgrade the switch firmware and confirm if it's the firmware issue?

The TL-SG2218 switch is now running 1.1.1 Build 20210514 Rel.62941. I had to upgrade it from 1.0.0 in two steps (as the TP-Link web site said):
1.0.0 Build 20201104
→ 1.0.1 Build 20210407 Rel.65593
→ 1.1.1 Build 20210514 Rel.62941
Is it possible to downgrade back to 1.0.0?
I would rather not go through the hassle unless there is a good reason.
Is it possible for you to test Australian Daylight Saving adjustment on one of these switches with the latest firmware, and see if it works correctly or not?

@Fae have you been able to test Australian daylight saving adjustment on one of these JetStream switches?
- TL-SG3428 with F/W 2.0.3
- TL-SG2210MP with F/W 1.0.2
- TL-SG2218 with F/W 1.0.1 or 1.1.1

Sorry for my delayed response. This has been reported to the R&D team for investigation, the issue has been located and it's planned to be fixed in the subsequent firmware update, please check for the new firmware release notes for final confirmation. Thank you!

@fae - no. no idea actually - I am now accessing the TL-SG3428 through OMADA OC-300 - another world of pain from TP-LINK! constant dropouts, unresponsive pages this entire suite of software/hardware is very unreliable and a PAINFUL experience I have tried to get help from your business support line and they keep routing me into endless loops of doing nothing pls answer me one question - is this likely to be fixed thru firmware or should I stop wasting my time and ditch entire hardware investment of ER605, OC-300, TL-SG3428?
Sorry to hear that you have some trouble with the TP-Link devices.
Perhaps you may check your firmware first, ensure your ER605 and OC300 are running with the latest firmware first. The current latest firmware for ER605 is ER605(UN)_V1_1.2.0 Build 20220114, while the latest firmware for OC300 is OC300_V1_1.7.1_Build 20220112.
If you are running the latest firmware but the issue still exists, it's suggested to elaborate on the problem about constant dropouts and unresponsive pages so that we can better understand what happened and try to help you out. If it works for you, I can escalate your case to the TP-Link senior engineer for further assistance.
Please feel free to let me know if I can be of any help here.

@Fae hi Fae, in message below you offered help.
Are you able to assist - I am unable to register the OC-300 as my hardware controller - keeps telling me either the captcha has expired (tried about 5 times) or the OC-300 is not online - the dashboard show it online.
I need to get this setup going - as I have said before - simple setup ISP modem - ER605 - OC-300 - TL-SG3428

Welcome to the TP-Link Community!
Sorry to hear that you have trouble with the OC300, but this seems to be a different issue from the topic discussed in this thread. Could you please Start a New Thread from Here with more detailed information so we can better assist you? Some screenshots may help us understand the issue well.
Thank you so much for your cooperation!
