I recently decided to use the ER605 along with my three EAPs and the software Omada controller. I was using PFSense previously but wanted everything under Omada.

I'm now testing the connectivity of all my devices and I can reach them via IP, but if I try their hostname, it does't resolve. I think this would be related to the DNS and DHCP servers on the ER605. The DHCP server needs to inform the DNS server of the clients connected via DHCP.

Can this feature be added in a later version? Or is there a setting I'm missing?

Do I need to run my own DNS server, something like PIHole?
