so thank u fen for rply but i confused ehich mode i choose repeater or ap??in my fren he have the adsl digicom 54mbs router line and from that i wana receive wifi and use it as lan in my pc so plz tell me the right mode to select

you posted i n my fren he have the adsl digicom 54mbs router line if you mean, from your friend you are going to connect a lan cable from his router to your 5210 then it would be AP mode.
But if you are going to repeat wireless his signal you configure Universal Repeater http://www.tp-link.us/article/?faqid=348 and by posting free wireless network that means your friend has no security but if he does then you will have to input his security if is WEP.
But if it is WPA then you configure Client mode http://www.tp-link.us/article/?faqid=318 Client wont give you wireless only Lan cable if you need wireless you will have to add a router with DHCP disable and connected to the etnernet outelts here is how http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=417

fren when i conect in repeater mode it get connect but no intrnet acess.i obtain ip automaticly after all seting bt nt work. .y?

i wana use that receive wifi signal by ethrent lan cable to my pc .

hi fern i have done it from the AP client router wisp configuration it shows like this i have uploaded some photos and DHCP log in attactments to determine the problem..i have done all the seting and obtain IP
automatically and reboot the device and finally it get connect but it not accessing internet ...please help me..:(:(:(:(

you are reading wrong or not following instructions, the guide for Universal Repeater posted on #4 this one http://www.tp-link.us/article/?faqid=348 on step 2. reads Click Operation Mode, select AP Acces Point mode and click Save.and on picture posted on #9, you are selecting WISP Client Router there is your mistake

in my fren wifi there is no security and ya after i do the repeater and when i changd the obtain ip adres automaticly it do nt get aces to the net. .and 192.168.1.200.web congfgration faild to open.
