SFP ports not working?

SFP ports not working?

Dear TP-Link!
We have a TL-SL3452 and a TL-SM311LM SFP module. When the SFP module is inserted in one of the switch's SFP ports, it seems to turn on (it's TX port lights red), if connected with for example an MC200CM with an optic patch cable, the MC reports the link is set up, but the switch's SFP led is still off, and in the web configuration under diagnostics, it doesn't show up any SFP module.
Please help!
